In a couple of days from now, Samsung will be unveiling its latest flagship handsets for 2016: the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. Just like previous years, this time around also Samsung will be live streaming the event, though this time it will be streaming the event in 360-degree.
This means that you can watch the event right from the comfort of your couch on your PC or smartphone from any angle you like. Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2016 event is scheduled to take place just a day before Mobile World Congress officially kicks off in Barcelona, Spain i.e. on February 21. How to watch the event
There are multiple ways through which you can watch the event, including on your smartphone, PC and even the Gear VR. Depending on your device, follow the below steps:
If you will be watching the Galaxy Unpacked event on your PC, simply head over to the Galaxy Unpacked page. You can select any of the four viewing angles — from the auditorium, stage left, stage right or from center stage. On your Android or iOS device, head over to the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store and download the ‘Unpacked 360 View app’. When the event starts, open the app, select your desired camera angle to start watching the event. If you own a Gear VR, you need to grab the Unpacked 360 View app from the Oculus Store to watch the event in VR.
