Huawei has unveiled its first Android Wear running smartwatch at MWC, Barcelona today –the Huawei Watch. The smartwatch had leaked in a couple of promo videos earlier today. The company’s first smartwatch is quite a looker, and is easily the prettiest among all the Android Wear smartwatches out there. The Watch comes with a 1.4-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 400 x 400 pixels, which is protected by a sapphire crystal lens. The body of the watch has been “cold-forged” from stainless steel and is corrosion-resistant. It also comes with an intuitive 2 o’clock press button, which allows users to control certain aspects of the watch.

Under the hood, the Huawei Watch is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor running at 1.2GHz, 512MB RAM, and 4GB of storage space. Other features include Bluetooth 4.1, a heart rate monitoring sensor, barometer, and a 6-axis motion sensor. Since the watch runs on Android Wear, it will feature Google Now integration, Voice Actions and more, and will be compatible with all Android 4.3+ devices. Huawei will be selling the Watch in three different colors: Gold, Silver and Black, with a variety of different bands. The watch will also be compatible with aftermarket 18mm and 22mm bands. While Huawei did not reveal the official pricing of the watch, it did reveal that it will be selling the watch in over 20 countries, including United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Brazil, Canada and more.
