The Beat also has a bunch of the original G3’s fancy features, such as a laser-guided autofocus camera, smart keyboard, the gesture shot to snap an image by clenching your fist. The Beat will be available in black, white, gold. It’s not clear why chose to name the device the Beat, which is perhaps why the company went with the more Apple-like “s” naming scheme elsewhere. o knows? Maybe wanted to get away from the “mini” nomenclature that is so popular with other Android device makers. oducing a mid-tier hset is now stard operating procedure following the successful launch of a major flagship device.
