According to the injured man, the new iPhone 7 which he purchased reportedly shattered hurling glass flying across his face and causing one of his fingers on his right hand to swell. However, the case of the iPhone 7 is not as widespread as that of Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 replacements does (Yes, up to 5 in just a week), this is just as significant since the safety of consumers has become its pre-eminent. After the accident, the man notified the incident to the Apple’s after sales support who then told that they had no authority to look or handle such matter. But, later, the complaint was forwarded to Apple headquarters.
