We have heard multiple reports from varying sources claiming that Google will be launching a Huawei made Nexus this year. Now, thanks to Onleaks, we might have just gotten our first look at the upcoming Nexus device from the Chinese company. Onleaks has posted a short video that shows an unannounced Huawei device. The video shows a fingerprint sensor located on the rear of the device just below the camera. The rear has a matte finish to it, which is reminiscent of the Nexus 5 from 2013. Huawei devices have always had a fingerprint sensor located on their back so this should not really come as a surprise.

The video does not reveal any other key information about the handset, but does show off its sleek frame. Various reports have claimed that the Huawei made Nexus will come with a 5.7- or 5.9-inch screen, a Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB RAM, and a fingerprint scanner. Working with Huawei, Google is also hoping to take advantage of this partnership to bring Google Play to China. Google is also reportedly working with LG on another smaller Nexus handset that will be a spiritual successor to the Nexus 5. Will you buy the next Nexus if it was made by Huawei?
