Le Max boasts of a gigantic 6.33-inch QHD display offering a pixel density of 464ppi. The phone draws its power from the octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 2.0GHz and paired with a 4GB of RAM. On the storage front the Le Max will offer a 64GB of Internal memory but the company has ditched the microSD card slot. Thankfully Le Max will also be available in a 128GB variant in case the 64GB is not enough. The Imaging department seems to be well taken care of by the 21-Megapixel Sony IMX230 sensor along with a dual LED flash and a 4-Megapixel front facing camera. Just like a slew of other Android phones including the Nexus, fingerprint sensor is placed at the bottom of the camera. The Le Max is backed up by a 3400mAh battery pack and it runs on Android Lollipop. The Le Max comes with the Type-C USB and supports fast charging. The Le Max would be available on Flipkart and the registrations have already begun. The device would be sold via a flash sale which would be held on February 16. Apart from the Le Max and Le 1s LeEco has also announced Le Max Sapphire. As the name points out it will be made up of Sapphire screen which being tough and hard offers a greater degree of protection. The LeEco Le Max is priced at Rs 32,999 and will be available soon . Although Le Eco is a relatively unknown brand it has been in the tech industry from quite some time. The moment of fame for the company was with the online content service similar to NetFlix but with focus on the local content. The company wants to foster an ecosystem of LeEco devices and thus the rebranding. It would be interesting to see if the company would actually also release the Le Max Pro, the first device to be powered by the Snapdragon 820 in India along with the Chinese launch.
