After plenty of leaks, HTC today unveiled its new Sprint-exclusive handset, the HTC Bolt. The Bolt is a weird amalgamation of last year’s internals and this year technology. It is the first phone on Sprint’s network to support its LTE Plus network for higher download/upload speeds. The Bolt features a unibody aluminum design that is reminiscent of the One A9. It does feature IP57 certification that makes it dust and water resistant....

Detailed CAD renders of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro has been published by @Onleaks which give us a clear look at the phone’s circular camera setup. The renders also confirm that the Mate 30 Pro will come with a notch at the front. Given that almost all major flagships have done away with the notch, it is surprising to see Huawei stick to it on the Mate 30 series. The notch will house the IR sensors required for a Face ID-like unlock experience as seen on the Mate 20 Pro from last year....

LG’s smartphone business might be struggling across the world, but in the US, the Korean company’s market share has hit an all-time high of 20 percent. HTC has been tasked with creating the next line-up of Nexus devices that will launch later in 2016. The code name of the premium variant is called the Nexus Marlin. HTC today sent out teasers for the launch of its next flagship handset: the HTC U. The company will be unveiling the handset less than a month from now on 16th May. Quite a bit about the HTC U has already leaked online including its design, which will be similar to that of the U Ultra. This means that the handset will feature a glass design with a metallic chassis squeezed in between....

Huawei Mate X2 Features and Specifications The Huawei Mate X2 is the first foldable smartphone to feature a periscope lens. Typically periscope lens occupy more space and are not used on smartphones with foldable displays. The Huawei Mate X2 comes equipped with a 6.45-inch external display set at an aspect ratio of 21:9. Moving on, the inner display is an 8-inch unit with an aspect ratio of 8:7:1. Both the displays offer a 90Hz refresh rate....

The biggest highlight of the new P20 Pro is, of course, the endless stream of Leica-branded lenses on the rear. It comes with an 8-megapixel optically stabilized telephoto sensor, a 20-megapixel monochrome one, and lastly, a 40-megapixel RGB camera. Together, these enable features such as hybrid 5X zoom which combines optical and digital data from the telephoto and 40-megapixel lens, depth of field effects, and more. The phone can also record slow-mo videos at 960 frames per second, although only in 720p resolution....

The fact that it only features RGB lighting on the scroll wheel is a plus for me as well since I use a palm grip, and any other lighting zones would be a waste. And if anyone shares a workspace or has a gaming computer that also doubles as their workstation, the limited RGB lighting lets you add a touch of personal style without being distracting to coworkers or clients....
